About the Role

Position: Dental Receptionist

Location: Ouyen (occasional travel to Mildura or Irymple may be required)



Key Responsibilities:

• Managing appointment books and scheduling patient visits.
• Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Managing patient recalls and follow-ups.
• Providing a welcoming and supportive experience for all patients.
• Addressing and resolving patient concerns as needed.
• Performing general administrative and reception duties to support the team.

• General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliability, maturity, and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in dental or medical reception/admin is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Weekdays between 8am – 5:00pm
• Remuneration: Negotiable, based on experience.
