We’re looking for an enthusiastic new graduate Dentist to join our friendly and supportive team at Tankard Dental. Our practices are equipped with the latest technology, including OPG machines, CEREC, intraoral cameras, in-chair ZOOM whitening, Invisalign, CBCT, Trios, iTero, Prime Scan and a full onsite digital laboratory.

About the Role

As a new graduate, you’ll be supported by senior dentists, visiting specialists, and our dedicated hygiene and oral health team.

You’ll work at your own pace with guidance as needed, building your confidence and clinical expertise across all areas of general dentistry. We’ll help you develop your interests — whether that’s cosmetic, restorative, implants, or orthodontics — while you provide excellent, compassionate care to our patients.

We offer fully negotiable hours and days to fit your needs, with a team of experienced Dental Assistants and receptionists to support you every step of the way.

Skills & Attributes

We’re looking for a graduate who:
- Holds, or is eligible for, AHPRA registration.
- Has completed a dental qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia.
- Is eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and high standards.
-  Is approachable, empathetic, and professional.
 - Works well in a team and is open to feedback and growth.
