We’re looking for an enthusiastic New Graduate Dentist to join our supportive team at Tankard Dental in 2027. Tankard Dental is one of the most established dental groups in regional Victoria, proudly serving Mildura, Irymple, Robinvale, and Ouyen for over 50 years.

With 22 chairs across four modern clinics and consistently high patient demand, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience in a busy and well-supported environment.

Our practices feature advanced technology including CBCT, CEREC, Trios and iTero scanners, and a full onsite digital laboratory.

About the Role

As a new graduate, you’ll receive mentorship from senior dentists, visiting specialists, and our dedicated hygiene and oral health team.

You’ll build confidence at your own pace while gaining exposure to a wide range of dentistry, including general, restorative, cosmetic, implants, orthodontics, and oral surgery, with support and guidance as you develop your clinical skills.

You’ll have the opportunity to explore your interests and expand your scope in a well-supported environment while providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.

Flexible working arrangements are available, supported by experienced dental assistants, receptionists, and onsite technicians.

• Has a qualification recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
